RETURN POLICY

- Return within 14 business days and get a refund (excluding shipping costs).

- Return is at your own expense via PostNL or DHL.

- For the shipping address, send an e-mail to info@bawojewelry.com with the reason of your return. They will help you as soon as possible and give you the shipping address.

- Exchange of our jewelry is not possible due to hygiene.

- If the items are not returned in good condition or incomplete, we cannot refund the money.
